Whether you are an existing timeshare owner or totally new to timeshare, we shall endeavour to have answered all your questions and given you as much help and advice as necessary before placing any offers on your behalf with our customers who are looking to sell timeshare


All of the timeshare we have for sale has been listed by the owner. When you have shown an interest in a particular week/points, we will contact the seller on your behalf to confirm that their timeshare is still for sale. We can of course also answer any questions you may have about the resort of interest, we always check that the membership we are selling is free from debt and is currently valid.


In some cases, not all owners who have their timeshare registered for sale with us are open to offers. Our advertised prices are much lower than the current market price charged by the resort developer. The resort developer, in this case, Marriott Vacation Club who is only 100 meters from our offices and therefore the resellers are not always open for low offers.

But We will be happy to put forward any reasonable offers on your behalf provided that you are completely happy with how we work and operate. So, before putting forward any offers on your behalf, we want to make sure that you fully understand when the offer is accepted by the owner you proceed with the purchase.


In order, all parties to have a full understanding and agreement is reached we will contact the seller and buyer for the Transfer process and collect all the necessary information.

To begin the contractual process of transferring the ownership of your timeshare resale from the current owner to yourself, we will first need to receive from you the legal and contracts fee of 400USD for each timeshare week or group of timeshare points purchased. This fee is for the service provided by our in-house contracts department who will be carrying out all the checks on your timeshare resale, also include the mandatory fee Marriott Vacation Club is charging, carrying out the change of ownership and acting as your agent in the process. This fee needs to be paid by Visa or MasterCard once any offer has been accepted and, as with any monies in your transaction, it is paid to an independent trustee.

We will then send you two separate agreements that will require your signature.

Letter of Appointment This is a single-page document that allows us, as your agent, to act on your behalf in the process of transfer of ownership. Timeshare Purchase Agreement This document will detail exactly the timeshare week that you will be buying. This document will generally state the following information; the name of the resort, the unit number, the size of the unit, maximum sleeping capacity, the season, management fees and also the purchase price.

For record purposes, we will send you two of each of the above documents, one for your own records and one for you to send back to us via fax or post. These will need to be sent back within 15 days of the offer being accepted by the seller.

Once we feel confident that your timeshare is as agreed on your purchase agreement, we will then commence the necessary procedures to transfer the timeshare to your name. This normally takes around 60-90 days. We will update you regularly throughout the process.
All the agreements will be sent to Marriott for review, also referred as to “Right of First Refusal” (ROFR). Marriott will inform us of their decision within 2-3 weeks.

Marriott rarely acts on the first right of refusal unless of course the owner’s asking price is very, very low and the developer wants that inventory type.

If Marriott decide to exercise their ROFR based on the terms of the agreements, the funds will be refunded in full to the Buyer, and the Seller will proceed with the transaction, but with Marriott as the new buyer. On the other hand, if Marriott chose to waive their ROFR, we can then move on with the procedure and the files will be sent via secured postal mail to Marriott’s resales department in Florida.

we send you a document named “Holiday Ownership Transfer Agreement” (HOTA) from Marriott. to both the Buyer and the Seller for signatures. This original document should be returned to us and after verification we will send it back to Marriott.

Marriott will then send the new ownership certificate to the Buyer and issue confirmation to our administration department that the transfer of ownership is complete. On receipt of such confirmation, the funds will be released to the Seller.

For whatever reason you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your timeshare purchase, you have the right to cancel the agreement within fourteen days of the date of your offer is accepted. You can cancel the agreement by sending an email to or sending a written notice of cancellation to us on or before the balance due date, as specified on the Timeshare Purchase Agreement. If you post by recorded delivery, the notice will be treated as given at the time of posting. If you do decide to cancel the agreement within the statutory cooling-off period, any monies that you have paid, including the 400 USD per week legal and contracts fee will be reimbursed to you in full.
